ROASTING APPROACH

 

As a small coffee roastery in Tbilisi that started with minimal investment, we focus on coffee that can be brewed at home with basic equipment — the same way we evaluate and control our coffee during production.

Our preference for light and clean brews shaped the roasting style we enjoy and understand the most: light (filter) roast. Balanced toward floral and fruit-like brightness with gentle caramelization underneath and a pronounced acidity, our coffees offer a new experience for newcomers and a familiar profile for seasoned coffee lovers who appreciate these characteristics.

 

SPECIALTY COFFEE SELECTION

 

The green coffee we source spans a wide range of quality and price — from calm and approachable lots to bright and expressive “fruit bombs”.

We hope everyone can find something special, whether for daily drinking or special occasions. We believe diversity makes the coffee journey more exciting and encourages exploring coffees from new roasters, origins, and processing methods.

 

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

 

We love our customers. Most of them are coffee enthusiasts who enjoy brewing coffee at home, and we share that passion.

We value long-term relationships with our regulars and try to keep them happy with samples, gift cards, and support with every purchase.

We are also open to B2B collaborations. Our small production volumes make us less competitive in this segment, but from time to time you can find our beans featured as guest brews in coffee shops around Tbilisi.
